The following requirements are necessary when performing any work within 875 North Michigan Avenue:

• The Office of the Building must be informed of any work being completed in 875 North Michigan Avenue at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours.
• All contractors performing work in 875 North Michigan Avenue must have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the Office of the Building.
• 875 North Michigan Avenue personnel must review all work completed in a Tenant’s suite.
• All contractors must be signatories to a local collective bargaining agreement.

Vendor & Contractor [V/C] Access

It is the tenants’ responsibility to:

1. Collect a Certificate of Insurance from the V/C and submit it to the Office of the Building [OOTB] for approval
2. Notify the OOTB at least 24-hours in advance
3. Communicate the building rules & regulations to the V/C.

Please note that all Vendors & Contractors must enter the building through the dock/Seneca entrance. Any vendors/contractors requesting guest access via the Chestnut lobby will be redirected to the loading dock.
