Cleaning and janitorial services at 875 North Michigan Avenue are provided by Harvard Maintenance.

During regular business hours, Day Porters and Day Matrons are onsite to address tenant cleaning needs. After 5:00 PM, a Night Cleaning Supervisor and cleaning staff are present in the building.

Requests for special cleaning services should be submitted via a work order. Charges for such services will apply.
