The loading dock and adjacent freight elevators are located at the rear of the building on the ground/lower level. Normal hours of operation are:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Trucks

• The door height when fully opened is 12' 8".
• The ramp slope is 17.54 degrees. Underhangs on rigs will scrape concrete because of the slope.
• The maximum length of rig allowed in dock is 38 feet without underhung racks. NO LO-BOY RIGS are allowed in dock.

Freight Car Sizes

Freight Cars # 5 & 6 services the Concourse through to the 44th floor.

• Car 5 capacity is 4,000lbs - Car 6 - capacity is 5,000lbs
• Cars 5 & 6: Door WxH is 4' x 7" and Hatch Opening 4' 5" x 1' 11"
• Car 5 inside cab dimensions: WxDxH = 7' 9" x 5' 4" x 7' 10"
• Car 6 inside cab dimensions: WxDxH = 7' 2 5/8" x 6' 11" x 7' 10"

Freight Car # 4 services the Concourse (upon request) and runs to 16, 42, 44 and 93 through 98

• Car 4 capacity is 4,000lbs (has 8,600lb capacity under special conditions)
• Car 4 door WxH is 3' 9" x 8' 0"
• Car 4 inside cab dimensions: WxDxH = 5' 6 1/2" x 7' 2" x 10' 0"
