875 North Michigan Avenue does not have a mailroom. All mail is delivered directly to each Tenant suite according to the U.S. Postal Service schedule. A U.S. Post Office is located on the Concourse level for tenant convenience.

Building personnel are not authorized to sign for, accept, or otherwise be responsible for Tenant shipments, mail, or parcel pick-up and delivery. Deliveries from UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, and other carriers are made directly to Tenant suites. A Tenant employee must be present to accept each delivery, as parcels may not be left in the common corridors.
