Maintenance requests should be submitted through a work order. Tenants can track the progress of their work order by selecting on the I.D. number provided and scrolling down to view the history. Service requests are billed monthly, and back-up can be obtained through the Tenant Services Site. Maintenance rates are included on the Building Services Price List.
