Refuse and Trash Removal

Regular trash removal services are provided by the building’s janitorial staff. Standard office waste is collected from tenant suites during evening cleaning hours.

General Guidelines

  • All waste should be placed in the appropriate receptacles within tenant suites.
  • Food waste should be securely bagged and disposed of in designated containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Large items such as furniture, equipment, or construction debris are not included in standard trash removal and must be coordinated separately.

Bulk or Special Disposal

Tenants requiring removal of bulk materials (e.g., furniture, appliances, or large quantities of packing material) must submit a work order in advance. If the building is able to assist with removal, charges will apply. In cases where assistance is not available, tenants will be responsible for contracting directly with a licensed waste removal company.

  • Disposal of hazardous materials (including chemicals, batteries, and electronics) is strictly prohibited in regular building waste streams. Tenants are responsible for proper disposal of such items in accordance with applicable regulations.

Cardboard Disposal

Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat and placed in designated collection areas or recycling containers. Large volumes of cardboard require advance notice to the Management Office.

After-Hours Removal

If tenants require trash removal outside of normal cleaning hours, a work order must be submitted. Charges may apply.
