Cleaning and Janitorial services at 875 North Michigan Avenue are provided by Harvard Maintenance.

Present within the building during the day are five Day Porters and one Day Matron to respond to Tenant’s cleaning needs. At night, after 5:00 p.m., a Night Cleaning Supervisor and cleaning staff are also on duty. Should you wish to request special cleaning services, please call the Office of the Building at 312.794.7777.

If you need to have unusual or large items discarded by the evening janitorial staff, affix the multi-lingual orange stickers to the appropriate items to be discarded. Stickers can be received by placing an online work order at www.ng1.angusanywhere.com.
