Maintenance requests should be created through theTenant Services Site. The Office of the Building will then dispatch the necessary personnel. Tenants are able to track the progress of their service request by selecting on the I.D. number provided and scrolling down to view the history. Service requests are billed on a monthly basis and back-up can be obtained through the Tenant Services Site. Maintenance rates are included on the Building Services Price List.
