A loading dock and adjacent freight elevator for shipping and receiving is located in the rear of the building on the ground/lower level. Normal hours of operation of the freight elevator and loading dock are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At no time are building employees allowed to sign for, or in any other way be responsible for Tenant shipments, mail or parcel pick-up or delivery.

• The door height when fully opened is 12' 8".
• The ramp slope is 17.54 degrees. Underhangs on rigs will scrape concrete because of the slope.
• The maximum length of rig allowed in dock is 38 feet without underhung racks. NO LO-BOY RIGS are allowed in dock.
