875 North Michigan Avenue’s concourse lobby entrance is open to the public daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Delaware Street lobby entrance is open to the public Monday through Thursday, 5:50 a.m. until 1:00 a.m.; Friday, 5:50 a.m. until 2:00 a.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.; Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m., and the main lobby entrance on Chestnut Street is open to the public twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Normal business hours to the Commercial side of the building are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
